A star! Very polite, kind, dilligent and a great clean. Gave candid feedback about supplies and tried to fix my Hoover (basically went over and beyond in a clear and kind manner). Almost had a little cry afterwards, it has made such a difference. Would highly recommend.

First day with Charles and he was AMAZING! Managed to deal with my house which was a bomb site and turned it around! To top it off he was so incredibly nice too.
