Ketsia was great, very personable and thorough. Even when she had car trouble she called me to let me know she was running late. Overall she did a great thorough clean of the bathroom and kitchen and even though she didn’t have enough time to finish all I needed doing, it’s mostly because I should have booked another hour for an intro clean!
