Ariel is such a lovely guy, extremely conscientious and very thorough. He's punctual, read all our instructions very carefully and checked with us on areas he wasn't sure about, taking care to do more and err on the side of caution. He could be faster but I suspect that this is just a matter of familiarizing himself with our place and requirements. Overall, Ariel does a brilliant job.
