Natalia was very speedy and efficient. The flat looks great and I genuinely did not know she was there (except when she vacuumed)! I'd never ask someone to be quiet when cleaning given that it's such physical work so it is hugely impressive when someone is as quiet as Natalia - she has ninja cleaning skills!!
