Amazing service, Aleksandra went above and beyond expectations, every area of the flat was thoroughly cleaned (I kept saying "ohhhh, she even cleaned the X" to my partner for ages after getting home) and even hanging up our wet laundry for us - much appreciated! Also, we live in a 4th floor flat with no lift so even just getting up the stairs to our flat is a pain for most people.
