As with so many other people, I was working from home when Luiza Maria arrived. Luckily we were able to use the chat feature on the website to work out her eta and plan to make myself scarce! Great job as usual and very grateful that Luiza Maria was happy to actually come and do my scheduled clean, much appreciated!
