Kept informed by Elizabeth whilst they were in their way. The cleaning service is for my mother and when I sakes her she told me - Elizabetth was lovely, polite and friendly. She done a lovely cleaning job today and that she was pleased with the service provided. My mother looks forward to seeing her next week.

Iona was thorough in everything she did. I asked Iona to concentrate on some areas that needed attention, the kichen, one of the bedrooms and the landing. Iona cleaned the coffee machine of stangnant and mouldy material that I was unaware of. The window sill and countertops looked amazing. Her attention to detail in each room left me in no doubt that Iona is an expert in what she does .
