Anna is one of the best cleaners we've ever had. She's thorough and efficient, as well as being always nice and friendly. What I most like about her is that she takes the initiative, she sees when something needs cleaning and she does it without having to be told, and always to the highest standards.

Quick and silent worker. Very happy, though note that she does not need three and a half hours. Her predecessor Christine also felt that 3 hours would allow plenty of time for what is needed here.
