Very attentive to detail, great communication, made me feel comfortable and reassured from the very first minute! When there was something specific needed, Gala asked straightaway which made me truly realise that she wants to do the job right.

Good clean! Our only feedback would be a couple surfaces were missed when dusting but overall Bianca is very good and leaves everything so tidy and put together!
