Alexandra was punctual, very pleasant, competent and efficient. I would recommend her. I have not had time to check all the rooms she did but what I saw looked good. This should not be added to the review, but I paid £80 in advance, but was later told it should be £76. I would be happy for the £4 difference to be give her as a tip.

Gina was brilliant. I explained what I wanted and she got in with it. Very friendly and obliging.

Overall a very thorough job. Did a very good job on both the bathroom and the kitchen in particular. Basin and bathtub in the bathroom now look shiny and new for the first time in a long time.
