Carmen has become our regular weekly cleaner and proved herself to be hardworking, reliable and responsible. After the first few weeks of getting to know us and the house, Carmen has taken charge of the routine and works around us (we are at home with our toddler grandson) with good humour and kindness. We are very happy with the arrangement which allows us to spend more precious time playing.

Tiana was an absolute dream - she tidied and dusted in spots I hadn't even thought about! She was very friendly and polite as well!
