Lynette was excellent, I'd only booked her for two hours but when it became apparent how much work there was to be done she didn't hesitate to stay on for an extra three hours to get it all finished. House is cleaner than when we moved in, 10/10!

She did an excellent job with the clean - very thorough, and made perfectly tidy - including folding rugs and tea towels perfectly, so the flat looked like a dream. She was also friendly and efficient.
