Hafsa is a very dependable and diligent cleaner. She arrives punctually and is thorough and effective with everything, paying attention to the smaller details to ensure a fantastic final finish. I could not recommend her enough.

Very communicative and ambitious with his effort to clean the whole place. Constructive feedback for him would be that doing the laundry and hanging clothes is not a standard part of the job and more time can instead be dedicated to cleaning surfaces. He also said he wouldn’t have time to clean the windows but again that’s an added feature on housekeep, not part of the standard clean.

Great job, so lovely to come home to an immaculate house, ironing done, dishwasher emptied, beds changed. It's rapidly becoming my favourite day of the week!
