Estelle is hands down the best cleaner I've ever had. She left my flat sparkling and even addressed parts of it that had been neglected for years (e.g. the kitchen ventilator). I loved the feedback she gave me, and on top of everything she is a wonderful and friendly person :) I would love to have her back!
