Iuliana cleaned our flat very well and thoroughly - it's spotless - she even got the limescale out of the loo which I've been trying to remove that for over a year! She worked around our (somewhat antio-social) cats, and left all the right doors open & closed to keep them in the right place. All in all, very impressed.
