This was my first Housekeep clean, and truly I’m astonished at how the flat looks now. I broke my leg four months ago and have done virtually no cleaning, so the flat was pretty horrible. Now it’s sparkling and a joy to be in. Lela is a lovely person who worked flat out to get it looking like that. I can’t thank her enough.

Ionela arrived promptly (despite the pouring rain) and was incredibly polite and diligent as we did a walk around the flat. She did a fantastic job of cleaning the full flat, it was sparkling when we returned home. We will definitely continue to see Ionela every 2 weeks. We were thoroughly pleased with her work.
