Elena definitely is an all rounder. She takes the time to make sure that she gets everything right. Elena does listen and does not mind taking instructions. Elena always works every hard and tries to leave my house in a spic and span fashion.

Housekeep sent us two fantastic charming cleaners, Ayuilla and Andre. After many hours our house looked like new. They worked really hard and cleaned every floor, surface and crevice till it shone. Bianca was great and very friendly. She did a very thorough clean which we were very happy with. Even though she didn't finish the upstairs as she ran out of time, I appreciate the level of clean and we can just reprioritise the tasks next time for her :)
