Excellent and dedicated cleaner, good communication skills, speaks and understands english, which is a big plus compared to lot of eastern european cleansers we have used before.

Cannot praise Claudia enough. Cleaning is one thing, but she actually organises the flat and makes the place feel so much less cluttered and calm. Best we've had to date and dreading her being away, even if for a short duration!
