This is my second time of using Dragoslava and once again, she arrived early, looked very professional and well presented and was easy to give and understand my instructions. Natalija arrived on time and finished her work on time; a very important factor for those of us who think time is of the essence. She just got on with the tasks at hand and didn't need much instruction, despite the fact that it was the first time she was cleaning our house.
