Antonette impressed me from the start, nothing would faze her, she would/could handle it, and so she did. There was a delivery that I hadn't anticipated and I completely forgot to tell her about the emergency pull cords! So I left her to it, for the first time at my home, and she handled things that I had not thought would happen but DID, how helpful am I? Not really I guess.

Lovely and friendly, and everything was super clean with care. Very happy!
