Rachael has been our cleaner for a full year now and she has been consistently exceptional throughout. Every clean is thorough, every visit is a pleasure. She is kind, professional, hard-working, and truly wonderful. We feel VERY LUCKY to have her and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone.
Rachael has now been coming to us for almost a year and she just keeps getting better. She knows the flat inside out and is so efficient and thorough. We trust her completely and couldn't imagine having anyone else.

Really reliable and hardworking, Rachael always shows up on time and gets straight to work. The level of care she puts into every clean is remarkable. She even reorganises things without being asked, and always in a way that makes complete sense, so everything is easy to find afterwards! Brilliant.
