Julia is very meticulous and well-groomed, as well as being very polite and friendly. I’m very happy with the way she cleans my flat, and I like her gentle and caring nature. She is also efficient, and if she is done before the agreed time she leaves early (meaning better value for me). I like that she isn’t slacking off to get some more hours.
