Paul is great. Thorough and detail orientated. House smells and looks clean but actually IS clean after he goes. Very adaptable: not only understands I may want different focus each time; importantly understands I work from home so how to not disrupt though get job done. Lastly, lovely. Engaging, warm person. All good!
