I didn't meet her in person but my partner did. We both came home to a wonderfully clean home. She was attentive and thorough and when in doubt she wrote us a note saying what she needs again. We have her direction and she executed it well. We are pleased to continue working with her.
Great job. I left a long and hopeful list that I didn't quite think she would manage but she did and then some. Little extra touches appreciated.
If I could give more stars I would, at one point we had four nightmare dogs and Katia still managed to get the place clean!

Rita was excellent. Cleaned the house amazingly well, followed instructions brilliantly and when finished tasks kept asking and looking for new jobs to do. We would recommend Rita to anyone, she has been the best cleaner we have had in London.
