Karolina did an amazing job in very difficult circumstances. She went beyond the call of duty. On the day Karolina was due to come, we had a major leak. Despite a very short notice, Karolina accepted to reorganise her day to suit our needs and did an impeccable clean after the plumbers' and builders' visit.

Gabriela arrived on time and without much ado goto on with the cleaning and I did not have to say much to add. She cleaned well and finished her job before the two hours allocated. I will be happy if she cleaned again and recommend her
