Norman was so nice and really went above and beyond for us today. He took the time to get to know what we wanted, showed me exactly what he had done afterwards and even pulled out huge furniture pieces to deep clean the dust for us as if it were his own home. We love Norman. What a genuinely decent, thorough and thoughtful professional.
