He understood what was needed including the need for a different threshold for the 2nd doorway, and the best place to get it. Looking forward to his return to finish the 2nd threshold after the product arrives.

Simone was great, she finished the job in a very reasonable time and everything was spotless, she also offered to clean other spots we hadn't asked for initially, such as the balcony, as there was more time left in the booking.

Mario and Lucia were incredibly helpful, efficient, friendly, and precise. From the the moment they arrived (right on time), we knew we could trust them to do a good job - and they delivered. Would 100% recommend, as they went above and beyond!
