A delightful young man. He has worked very hard on my flat. I have dufficulty walking so have not had a look around but he never stopped. He was here for nearly 4 hours. I had only booked 2.5 hours but he has done a great job I am sure.

Natalie isn't bothered about going back and going over things if we're not happy about it so it's nice to have someone who does what you need. Always leaves it spotless and even brings her own solutions. She's great and has a professional yet warm energy
