Ioana was great! She was on time, very professional, and was very thorough for just a first time cleaning in my flat. She has great attention to detail and I appreciated the care she showed for my home as well as my pets. She even stayed a bit longer than I had booked for to ensure she finished the basics in each room and didn't leave anything untouched. Would absolutely recommend Ioana!
