Lovely lady , hard worker who didn't stop until she'd finished . I was expecting her between 9-12 , but she arrived at 12 . I asked her that next time , she gets here earlier , which shouldn't be a problem . All in all , very happy with my first experience . Keep up the good work .

She called to say that she wabnted to arrive a little later as she was delayed which was fine for us as we were just back from holiday. She arrived at 16h00 and completed the work we needed. She will need to get used to the house and she left the fridge off after she cleaned it but otherwise we look forward to seeing her in two weeks.
