Maria is hard working and tries to do her best. Sometimes she should ask before doing things. I had already indicated via your email that I did not want bins emptied but Maria did this when it is too early to put bin bags out in street. I guess she hadn't read my instructions. We have now agreed that she does not take out bin bags. We also agreed that she needs 3.5 hours not 4.
