Regina cleaned the rooms I requested her to give her attention to thoroughly. Regina was particularly about covering the butter caddy when she was using chemicals around the kitchen, concious about health and safety. I hope that Regina can come again on the 4th and 18th August. Thanks for coming today Regina

Katerina came late because Housekeep had booked her into a clean until 2pm allowing her no time at all to get to me between 1-2pm. I think housekeep should apologise to Katerina. She did an excellent job today.

Gertrude was very late. Having promised to come at 8.00am , she changed the time at short notice to 9.00 am and then turned up at 11.20am without any apology. And then finished a three hour stint at 1.45pm. I am very disappointed in her. Patricia

Great. Exactly as I would have hoped with an attention to detail.

Divine pays such good attention to detail. I was out of town for a few weeks and my flat gets very dusty. She made sure to get up all the dust that had collected behind the furniture. She's fantastic!
