You pay a minimum one hour callout charge for an appliance repair or installation job.
If it's a repair job, the tradesperson will let you know whether your appliance can be repaired once they've investigated the issue. If a repair isn't possible, you'll only pay the callout charge. The tradesperson will advise on the next steps, and may suggest a replacement instead of a repair.
If your repair or replacement job takes more than one hour, you’ll be charged for the additional time in 30 min increments (plus the cost of any materials).

All Hoover appliances come with a 12-month manufacturer's call-out warranty.
If your Hoover appliance is under warranty, you should contact them directly before organising a repair - they may be able to arrange a free repair or replacement.
