You pay a minimum one hour callout charge for fence repair or replacement jobs.

If it takes more than one hour to repair or install your fence, you’ll be charged for the additional time in 30 min increments (plus the cost of any materials). 

If you need new fencing, or any other materials, your tradesperson can source them locally and tell you the estimated cost. With your approval, they'll buy them and add the cost to your bill. Or you can supply your own fencing if you prefer.

There's no hassle with cash - we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express payment cards. 

Yes - all of our tradespeople are fully insured.

If there's anything wrong with the job, let us know within 72 hours and we'll come back. If the problem’s to do with our work, we'll fix it for free.
