You pay a minimum one hour callout charge for a lock change.

If it takes more than one hour to change your locks, you’ll be charged for the additional time in 30 min increments (plus the cost of any materials). 

If you'd like us to supply a new lock, let us know when you book. Your tradesperson can source one locally and tell you the estimated cost. With your approval, they'll buy it and add the cost to your bill. Or you can supply your own replacement lock if you prefer.

There's no hassle with cash - we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express payment cards. 

Yes - all of our tradespeople are fully insured.

We've got great customer service, and our responsive support team are at hand to help if any issues come up during your booking.

We usually have tradespeople available with 1 day's notice. Just choose a date and time that works for you when you book in.

We're not able to offer emergency lock change services.
