The handyman was great. He phoned ahead to say he was in the area and arrived within the booked timeframe. He worked with me to assess the best place to hang my shoe racks and checked I was happy before the final fitting. He tidied up afterwards and was polite and friendly. He did a great job. I only wish I'd booked him sooner!
