Mark did a really good job at prioritising what I asked for and focusing on the really easily forgettable corners where dust exists, he was very careful when moving things, and because I work from home sometimes having cleaners over can be distracting but he was really quiet - I barely noticed him in the apartment! Local information about Pimlico

Pimlico is a small area in central London, within the borough of Westminster, in the SW1 postcode area. It is home to just under 20,000 residents.

The area is famous for its pretty garden squares, surrounded by houses, many of which have been converted in to flats. The area is bounded by the river Thames to the south, Victoria to the north, Vauxhall to the east and the Grosvenor Canal in the west. At its heart is the Pimlico Conservation Area, which includes many listed buildings. The area’s most famous resident is Winston Churchill, but it has also been home to philosophers, actors and writers.

Pimlico has it’s own tube station on the Victoria Line as well as many bus routes which run in to Central London. There are also river boat services from Millbank Millenium Pier and plenty of cycle docking stations. There is also the prospect of further transport links as part of the redevelopment of Battersea Power Station and Nine Elms.
