Natalie was a very intelligent and helpful cleaner. She did a thoroughand efficient job. I immediaely felt comfortable with her in my house. She treated me and my possesions with respect and was empathetic towards my health issues and was comfortable telling me what I could do to help make the task of cleaning my slightly chaotic flat easier. I was lucky to get her at very short notice.
