Spanning two South London boroughs - Lewisham and Greenwich - the district of Blackheath is a well-to-do and attractive part of the capital. The large Heath provides an open, green space for outdoor recreation, perfect for those craving a respite from city life.
The housing stock of Blackheath is comprised largely of period properties: large Victorian houses - some terraced - as well as interwar developments and post-war builds mean that there are plenty of options for those looking for a house the area. Some of the larger period properties have been converted to flats, suitable for a younger demographic.
Blackheath railway station keeps the locals in touch with Central London and bus routes take Blackheath’s residents to nearby Overground connections in New Cross and New Cross Gate.
The SE3 postcode is well serviced by cleaners on the Housekeep platform. Our great technology pairs you with the highest-rated domestic cleaners in your area, to ensure a 5-star experience.
