“Let's start with the positive. Mum was extremely happy with your work. Jobs were done well. However,having gifted and paid for 2hrs for my single mum who cannot afford a cleaner regularly I get a call 1hr 40 mins after you arrived informing me that you wished to leave early due to being tired. Please note-no oring had been done and it was clearly in the plan. I was disappointed yet again (this is the 2nd time I've been let down with Housekeep) I paid for 2 hours and expect that to be fulfilled. If this is not possible then I can't rely on this app. Please don't charge for more than 2hrs -shementioned you saying you stayed an extra 5 mins) This is included in using the bathroom and having this conversation about going. My mum is a fair person and would not overwork people so I am very surprised this happened to her..”
