I thought I had booked a 3hr slot from 9-12. I was confused that the start time could be 9-12. Jeannine did a very good job in the time she was with me from 10-1230. I'd be very happy to have her again but please could I request a 9 am start time.

I can only repeat what I say each time. There can be no better housekeeper than Frankson. He Is always on time, happy to be here, does exactly what is needed and more. I will miss him while he is on holiday but we will manage until he returns as it would not be the same to have a replacement. Pearl (Harpenden )

Frankson arrived promptly at 9am and we left him to get started. He was ready to begin as we closed the door. Already I feel I can trust him to organise what is to be done in the time he had. It is a pleasure to come home to a job well done.

She was thorough, efficient, and a pleasure to have around. I genuinely couldn't have achieved so much without her help. Local information about Harpenden

Harpenden is a town in the City and District of St Albans, within Hertfordshire. The town shares the AL5 postcode with the nearby Kinsbourne Green.

With twice-hourly Thameslink trains into London & St. Albans, Harpenden has become an increasingly popular commuter town. There are a whole host of housing options for anyone moving into or within Harpenden – new-build, modern flats & apartments complement older period properties, terraced houses and semi-detached family homes. But being such a convenient journey from the capital means that Harpenden properties won't come cheap - the town is one of the most expensive places to live in the country, with local house prices well above the UK average.

As well as being a convenient trip from both London & St Albans, there's plenty to do within Harpenden itself. The surprisingly green & leafy high street is home to plenty of independent shops, supermarkets and lots of restaurants and pubs for eating or drinking out. You're never far from green spaces in Harpenden, with Church Green, Leyton Green and High Street Greens all within close proximity of the town centre.
