Raynes Park is a neighbourhood within the South West London borough of Merton.

As with lots of peripheral London suburbs, the property landscape is comprised of old, terraced period homes - in the Victorian, Edwardian and Georgian fashions - as well as interwar developments. There are also new-build flats and gated communities that contribute the the housing stock of the area.

There are parks and commons aplenty in the area with plenty of green space for your recreational needs. These include Cannon Hill Common and Prince George’s Playing Field, as well as a driving range for golf enthusiasts.
