For her first clean it was very good overall. She was polite, on time, understood how best to work. We should have serviced the hoover before it's use (and we do have an old carpet which could do with a shampoo before the next scheduled clean) and I should have been more specific about cleaning behind certain areas. This is not her fault at all. If she or anyone else is scheduled in next time I explain better.

Esher is a town and suburb on the London-Surrey border. The suburb is located approximately 15 miles south of London and shares the KT10 postcode with the neighbouring Claygate, Hinchley Wood & Weston Green areas.
