We’re excited to announce that Housekeep’s Founder & CEO, Avin Rabheru MBE, has been shortlisted for the Services Entrepreneur of the Year award at this year’s Great British Entrepreneur Awards.
The news comes just one year after Avin took home the Established Business of the Year award at the 2025 ceremony.
Known as the “Grammys of Entrepreneurship”, the Great British Entrepreneur Awards celebrate the UK’s most exceptional and inspiring entrepreneurs. Avin’s latest shortlisting recognises his continued success in transforming the home services industry and growing Housekeep into the UK’s market leader in home services.
Avin launched Housekeep in 2014 with just one cleaner and £5,000. Since then, Housekeep has completed over two million home cleans with a sparkling 4.9* customer rating.
After having mopped up in the home cleaning industry, Housekeep is now rapidly disrupting the £40bn tradesperson market, matching customers with tried & trusted electricians, plumbers, gardeners and more. It’s all part of Housekeep’s mission to become the UK's one-stop shop for all home services.
Avin has a sparkling track record at the Great British Entrepreneur Awards. As well as winning Established Business of the Year in 2025, he was crowned Technology Entrepreneur of the Year in 2024 and won both the regional and national Scale-Up Entrepreneur of the Year titles in 2019.
A huge congratulations to Avin and all the other entrepreneurs shortlisted this year. We’ll be cheering him on at the awards ceremony in November!
