Kimisha was very efficient, and contacted me when she wasn't sure what my instructions meant. She called to get an immediate answer, which was very much appreciated and provided images of the property to show how it was prepared for my tenants. She was light and fun to have a conversation with, and understood and acted upon everything that I said.
Please can you send her again, we are not happy to keep changing cleaner each week as it takes up too much time explaining what is needed every week. Also first cleaner damaged the wood floor with a water bucket stain. How will this be compensated. I can send the photo?
