This was the first cleaning appointment. Ndeye did a really thorough and good job, leaving the flat sparkling. Just hope she keeps up the good work. Housekeeper portal sent me an appointment time which was 3 hours difference from what it was sent to the cleaner, causing lots of problems for the day!

Lovely. Couple of points for next time please. All bins need emptying. The bathroom bins were not touched. For a first clean I am happy enough.
