Very thorough and managed to get the entire apartment done in one sitting. Spotless. Great at what he does, understanding of circumstances and he's a great conversationalist too.

Berta was punctual, friendly, and thorough. She cleaned all of the hotspots I mentioned, and gave me a good summary of what she'd done - even though it was so clean I could tell the difference as soon as I walked in. 10/10 recommend.
