Good communication and nicely done. A few areas to improve but overall I was very pleased.

Excellent job, even after I left Samantha with a faulty vacuum cleaner and a bit of a messy apartment (sorry!), she did a fab job. Thank you

Leonia arrived and I could immediately tell she is a really lovely person, very happy to welcome her into my house; she got straight to it and did an unbelievable job; she did far more and was way better than my usual cleaner!! I hope my cleaner moves abroad so I can ask Leonia to come again !!

So thorough ans thoughtful! The house is sparkling; e.g he moved every single thing from the kitchen counter so that no crumbs or dirt would be left anywhere

Respectful and helpful. Achieved all tasks with a smile. Thank you.
