So polite and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, they really went above and beyond to get everything absolutely perfect and were super adaptable to what I needed. Honestly couldn't have imagined better service. The flat is now looking brilliant, and I felt so reassured by their lovely can-do attitude too. What total stars!
