Elena is extremely thorough. She works hard. Elena does listen to instructions and knows how to do the job. Elena pays attention to fine detail. She is not afraid to ask questions which I think is very important. Elena is not afraid to take on difficult tasks. Yet again Elena has earned her 5 stars
